Due to extensive and time intensive nature of custom work, no two builds will ever be the same. Custom builds are designed specifically and collaboratively to your requirements. There is a process to ensure you'll get your dream build be that a guitar or bass.

 

The process starts with a general discussion and confirmation of core elements such as number of strings, scale range, pickups.

 

From there we'll design and render some ideas based on what you'd like. If you're not sure what you're after we can provide some design concepts as a starting point and tweak from there.

 

The purpose of custom work is to envision a instrument specific to your requirements so let us know what you'd like and we'll make it a reality.

Every build is different and is priced accordingly. Once you book your consulation we will get back to you and start the design process with you.

This non refundable fee covers the professional design time needed to dicuss and develop your ideas.

 

This fee will be deducted from the total price of your custom build when the build starts. If the build doesn't proceed the fee covers the development time.

Once the design is finalised and approved an invoice will be prepared to double check all the features before the builds starts. A 50% deposit is required to start the build process, payment plans can be arranged for the remaining 50%. Full payment can be done also.

 

Once completed, full payment is required before the instrument is shipped.
